We collect only the information needed to process your order — name, contact details, shipping address and payment confirmation. We do not sell your data, ever.

We use trusted third-party services (Stripe for payments, our shipping providers for delivery) and share only the minimum required to fulfil your order.

Pricing and currency are shown at checkout in your selected currency. Stripe processes payments securely on our behalf.

Made-to-order production means orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.

Because each box is handmade to order with personal selections, we cannot generally accept returns once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please email hello@thebodyxmind.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds, where granted, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Production: 1–2 days after order confirmation. Romania: 3–5 business days after dispatch. International: 6–21 working days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties or import taxes that may apply on international orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or unforeseen events outside our control.

EDEN Rituals products are cosmetic bath products intended for external bath use only. They are not medicines and we make no medical or therapeutic claims.

Patch test 48 hours before first use, especially for sensitive skin. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of small children. Bath bombs may make tubs slippery — please take care.

Final product labelling on the physical packaging takes precedence and reflects the most current legal compliance information.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, EU residents have rights including: access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object.
