How long until my box ships?

Each box is handmade to order. Production takes 1–2 days after your order is confirmed. You'll receive a notification the moment it's on its way.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Romania orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days after dispatch. International orders typically take 6–21 working days, depending on destination and customs.

Yes. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your box leaves our studio.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please email hello@thebodyxmind.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return my box?

Because each box is handmade to order with personal selections, we generally cannot accept returns once production has started — except in the case of damage or quality issues. Please see our Legal page for the full returns policy.

Can I order the same shape multiple times?

Absolutely. Repeat any shape as many times as you like. Six hearts, six bears, or every shape we offer — your box, your composition.

Every box is packed in considered, minimal packaging that's quietly gift-ready as standard. A gift note option is coming soon.
